A Simple Solution That Doesn’t Exist - A Free Wedding & Event Web-Based Invoice Template for the Home Studio Florist

If you’re just starting as a Home Studio Florist, you know how difficult it can be to create a professional invoice that can list out all the customer's requested items, calculate subtotals, allow for special fees and taxes, calculate the Total Retail Price and reflect the clarity and care your customers deserve. Most invoicing software is too generic, overpriced, or simply not built with florists in mind. That’s why I decided to create something that has been missing for far too long — a free invoice template designed specifically for the home studio florist that works right in your web browser.

Why This Matters

When you’re running a floral design studio and planning flowers for a wedding or special event, you need a simple, reliable way to send invoices. But if you’ve ever searched for a florist-specific invoice template, you’ve probably hit the same roadblocks:

  • Overly complicated layouts that slow you down

  • Files that require Excel, Word, or Google Sheets

  • Pretty designs that skip important details

  • Templates hidden behind pricey subscriptions

What you haven’t found is a free, clean, home studio florist invoice template that allows you to:

  • Easily add your company name, address, email and phone number

  • List each requested item, its quantity and its price—includes arrangements, installations, rentals, etc.

  • Add a service fee percentage or dollar amount for delivery, setup, flip, strike etc.

  • Add a convenience fee percentage or dollar amount for a POS processing.

  • Add a sales tax percentage

  • Add a down payment percentage or dollar amount

  • Automatically and accurately calculate all the math!

This web-based invoice template was built with real floral workflows in mind. It’s not a recycled business form — it was designed based on how florists actually work, sell and it's polished with clarity. It's intended to be sent to clients via email as a PDF file. The POS software would be your final price invoice, along with your attached itemized web-based invoice.

Why I Made It Free

Studio floral designers are among the most creative and hardworking business owners around. And when it comes to managing the money side of the arrangement design business, the right tools can be hard to find. Too often, we pay more than we should—only to end up with features we don’t need and will never use.

That’s why I created this free, web-based invoice template—a small way to make running your home studio floral business easier and more profitable. The right tools should be both accessible and affordable, especially for essential tasks like invoicing.

How to Get It

No sign-up. No nonsense. Just a tool made by someone who gets it — for the home studio florist, by a home studio florist. Just go to the Home page, it's at the bottom!

P.S. If you try the template and find it helpful, I’d love to hear how you’re using it. And if there’s something you wish it could do better — let me know. I’m always open to improving tools that support our floral community.

To best understand how to use the buttons at the bottom of the Invoice and setup your template, sign up for the Free Trial and go to one of the How To Video pages and watch the Overview Video!

Warmly,
