A Simple Solution That Doesn’t Exist Anywhere Else - A Free Web App Invoice Template for Florists

If you’re a florist, you already know how overwhelming it can be to create a clear, professional invoice that can list out all your customer's items, calculate subtotals and the total accurately, allow for special fees and charges, etc., and reflect the clarity and care you put into your work. Most invoicing software is too generic, too expensive, or simply not built with florists in mind. That’s why I decided to create something that has been missing for far too long — a free web app invoice template designed specifically for florists that works right in your web browser.

Why This Matters

Whether you’re running a small studio, designing wedding florals, or managing everyday orders, having a streamlined way to invoice your clients is essential. But if you've ever searched online for florist-specific invoice templates, you’ve likely found that they are:

  • Overly complicated for general use

  • Require Microsoft Excel or Word or Google Sheets

  • Nice and pretty but not free or locked behind a subscription or membership

What you haven’t found is a free, clean, florist-friendly invoice template that allows you to:

  • List ordered items, quantity and prices for arrangements, installations, rentals, etc.

  • Add a service fee percentage or dollar amount for delivery, setup, flip, strike etc.

  • Add a convenience fee percentage or dollar amount for a POS processing.

  • Add a down payment percentage or dollar amount

  • Add a sales tax percentage

  • Automatically, quickly and accurately calculate all the math!

This web app invoice template was built with real floral workflows in mind. It’s not a recycled business form — it was designed based on how florists actually work, sell and it's polished with clarity. This invoice is mainly used as an estimate for perspective wedding clients. It's not intended to be used at a retail store but sent to clients via email as a PDF file. The POS software would be your final price invoice, along with your attached web app invoice.

Why I Made It Free

Florists are some of the most creative, hardworking business owners out there. But the tools we need to manage the business side of things are often expensive, overbuilt, or not available at all.

This free web app invoice template is my small contribution to making floral businesses easier to run and more profitable. I believe access to the right tools shouldn’t be a luxury — especially when it comes to basic operations like invoicing.

How to Get It

No sign-up. No nonsense. Just a tool made by someone who gets it — for florists, by a florist. Just go to the Home page, it's at the bottom!

P.S. If you try the template and find it helpful, I’d love to hear how you’re using it. And if there’s something you wish it could do better — let me know. I’m always open to improving tools that support our floral community.

To understand how to use the buttons at the bottom of the Invoice, sign up for the Free Trial and go to one of the Tutorial pages and watch the Worksheet Overview Tutorial!

The PRINT button allows you to Print a copy or Save as a PDF file. However, you can save the invoice data (json file) you entered in order to amend the invoice at a later time...watch the video to best understand how all the button's function! Once you leave the Ready-To-Use Invoice web page all the data is cleared. Print, Save and etc. before exiting.

Warmly,
