EVENT PRICING TOOL 


OVERVIEW

The Event Pricing Tool uses a set of forms to quote any wedding or event—large or small—quickly and professionally, often within minutes. You can generate a clear, client-ready proposal that details all the floral products, quantities, subtotal and total retail prices , using the built-in Pricing Guide. Any adjustments regarding quantities or floral designs are simple to make.

At the same time, you are doing far more than creating a proposal—you are fully pricing the event. Floral Math Works calculates and displays all the critical financial data behind the scenes, including cost of goods sold, gross profit margin, actual profit dollars, special fees, and the total flower budget (wholesale cost) required to execute the designs. That total flower budget (wholesale costs) is broken down into personal flowers, ceremony flowers, and reception flowers—so you know more precisely your flower budget (wholesale costs) for all your floral designs. 

This powerful tool features a series of streamlined, easy-to-use forms, that automatically calculates all the flower and financial information required for an event—saving you time while ensuring complete accuracy and profitability.

Event Details Form – This form gathers all client and event information into one organized place.

Event Products Form – You select the items your client requests from your Pricing Guide using a dropdown menu. Each selected product automatically displays its unit retail price, quantity, and subtotal retail price. At the same time, you’ll see the total item count, total hardware budget, total flower budget, and total design fee (charges) calculated instantly.

Flower & Financial Summary Form – This is where everything comes together. You’ll immediately see the complete financial picture: the total flower budget (both wholesale cost and retail price) broken down into personal, ceremony, and reception flowers; total hardware budget (both wholesale cost and retail price); total retail charges; special fees such as delivery, setup, teardown, and taxes; total cost of goods sold; gross profit margin; total profit dollars; deposits; and more.

Pricing Guide Form – This is your master pricing control center. This form houses all the products your company offers—including custom designs for specific events. Each item includes its retail price, wholesale flower and hardware budgets with markups, design percentage fee, and gross profit margin. The Pricing Guide allows you to clearly visualize profitability on every item.

Invoice Form - An Invoice is automatically generated from the Event Details form and the Event Products form.

The Event Pricing Tool gives you total clarity, accuracy, and peace of mind—so you can focus on what you do best: creating unforgettable floral designs.

The Tool provide the following functionality:

  • Print a paper copy

  • Create PDF for sharing or recordkeeping

  • Save the form data entered into the Event Pricing Tool in order to Load (automatically reenters) the form data to amend as needed
