To access the How To Videos and the Event Pricing & Profit Calculator you must have a paid subscription to the Monthly or Semi-Annual Plan. 

 

The Event Pricing & Profit Calculator section includes a set of forms designed to handle all your floral and financial calculations—whether you're planning a small or a large-scale event.

The How To Videos offer step-by-step guidance on how to use each form, how they work together, and how Floral Math Works performs key floral and financial calculations for your event.

You’ll use the Event Details and Event Product List forms to organize and detail all your floral products for the event. The Event Financial Summary then brings everything together, calculating all your critical and essential floral and financial information.

The Event Pricing & Profit Calculator provides the following functionality:

  • Print a paper copy

  • Save as a PDF file for sharing or recordkeeping

  • Save the form data entered into the Event Pricing & Profit Calculator in order to reenter the form data to amend as needed
